Global Voices Feedback — Every Voice Counts

Global Voices Engagement Survey

Every three years, every employee (and contractor) has a chance to take the survey.

The information is confidential. Always has been. Always will be.

Burke, our third-party survey partner, analyzes the data in every way you can imagine. It’s global (across the enterprise) and it’s local (individual locations).

All feedback collected is secure, confidential and anonymous.

In 2016, 80% of employees participated in the survey.

GLOBAL VOICES SURVEY RESULTS

We measure our engagement at a global and regional level, and across our businesses and functions.

Reports were also generated for people managers who received more than 5 responses from their direct reports. This is a change from 2013 where 10 responses were required.

OUR 2016 INDEX SCORES

THE EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT INDEX (EEI) is the main focus of our Global Voices Survey. It helps to measure the overall employee engagement at Rockwell Automation.
